π 7-Day Return Request Window
We allow return requests within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. These are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed. Our team will assess the request based on strict eligibility criteria.
β Return Eligibility β What Qualifies
A return may be approved if:
- You received the wrong item, quantity, or SKU
- The item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect
- The product is unused, in original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition
- You submit a request within 7 days of delivery
- You provide clear photographic evidence and a description of the issue

We do not approve return requests for:
- Buyer's remorse, overstock, or unsold items
- Products opened, used, or handled
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Items marked final sale, custom-made, or clearance
- Minor cosmetic variations or packaging changes
- Inventory ordered in error or bulk miscalculations

Email Request
Send request to returns@citisyncwholesale.com with order number, description, and photos.
Review & RMA
Our team will respond within 2 business days. If approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Ship It Back
Send authorized items via tracked carrier. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our fault.
Inspection
Items are inspected upon arrival. If approved, credit or refund will be processed.

- Store credit is the default refund method
- Original payment refunds are granted only in cases of verified company error
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Unauthorized or ineligible returns will be discarded without refund
β οΈ POLICY ABUSE & FRAUD CLAUSE
CITISYNC takes fraud prevention seriously. We actively monitor return activity for abuse, including:
- False damage or defect claims
- Manipulation of product packaging
- Excessive return requests from the same account
- Disputing valid transactions after delivery
- Misuse of promotional credits or offers
Any suspected abuse of our return or refund process may result in:
- Immediate account suspension or termination
- Order cancellation and blacklisting
- Forfeiture of store credit or refund eligibility
- Investigation and documentation for legal purposes
- Referral to collection agencies for chargebacks or fraudulent claims
- Pursuit of civil remedies under commercial fraud and contract laws
We reserve the right to refuse service to any buyer who demonstrates abusive or unethical purchasing behavior.

- We log all IP addresses, device identifiers, and order histories
- Suspicious activity may be flagged, held, or reported to authorities
- All return requests must match the original shipment data (SKU, quantity, lot number)
- Falsified documentation or fraudulent submissions will be escalated
